BBAPL recently partnered with Kurlon Enterprise Limited to conduct a critical quality assessment of their B-Block Factory Building, located in the Malanpur Industrial Area, Madhya Pradesh. Our expertise in material testing and structural diagnostics played a vital role in this project.

Our Approach
Our scope of work focused on two key areas to comprehensively evaluate the structural integrity of the facility:

• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): We utilized NDT methods to assess the in-situ concrete quality and identify any internal inconsistencies within the structure. This was performed without causing any damage to the building, ensuring a non-invasive evaluation.
• Core Cutting: To further evaluate the concrete’s properties, we performed core cutting to extract samples. These samples were then meticulously tested to determine their compressive strength and overall structural reliability.
